Property listings need the same two things from a file tool: video that is the right way up and small enough to send, and a photo brochure PDF that carries the agency name. Both can be done in the browser, so a client's walkthrough and a client's floor plan never leave your laptop.
Start with the footage, because a sideways clip is unusable on every portal and a video that is too large will not upload at all. Once the video is straight and compressed, pull stills from it for the listing, then build the brochure from the photos plus any floor plan images you already have. Watermarking comes last, so the agency name is never cropped off. Every step on this page runs on your own machine and costs nothing, so you can iterate as many times as the listing needs.
Fix the footage before you share it
A phone held the wrong way round, a camera app that stores rotation as metadata, or a screen recording of a floor plan all end up sideways somewhere. Fix that before anything else, because every later step inherits the orientation.
Straighten a sideways walkthrough
Video Rotator turns a clip 90 degrees at a time, so 90, 180 or 270, and can also mirror it horizontally or vertically when the footage looks backwards, which happens with some front-facing cameras. Rotating swaps the width and the height, which is exactly what a sideways clip needs. Flipping mirrors the frame without changing its shape. The preview updates as you click, so you can see the result before you export MP4.

Get the video under a portal limit
Portals and messaging apps cap uploads, and a phone walkthrough is usually far above the cap. Video Compressor lets you set the quality, the resolution and the frame rate, and it reports typical savings of 50 to 80 percent. The largest wins come from resolution and frame rate rather than the quality slider: a 4K clip at 60 frames per second downscaled to 1080p at 30 frames per second can drop by around 80 percent with barely visible loss.
Keep the quality slider at or above 50, and compare the preview before you commit. Videos under 200 MB and a few minutes long work best, because every frame is processed on your own machine. If the walkthrough is longer than that, trim it to the best rooms first, or split it and compress the sections.

Pull stills out of the clip
A good walkthrough already contains the listing photos. Extract Frames can save one exact moment, a frame every few seconds, or an evenly spaced set across the whole clip, exported as PNG, JPG or WebP at the resolution you pick. Up to 30 frames per run.
Taking stills from the video keeps the whole listing visually consistent, because every image comes from the same camera, the same lighting and the same route through the property. Canvas does the decoding, so no video engine has to load for this step.
Build the brochure PDF
With the photos ready, the rest is assembly. Image to PDF turns them into one document: add every image, drag the cards until the order matches the property walkthrough, then choose A4 or Letter, the orientation, the margin and how each image should fit. Floor plan scans, EPC documents and location maps can go in the same run, since JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF are all accepted.
From there, two smaller tools turn a plain PDF into something that looks like it came from an agency. Add Page Numbers stamps a clean footer, in six positions and four formats including 1 / N and Page 1 of N, with the option to skip the cover page. PDF Watermark puts the agency name across the document, either once in the centre or as a diagonal tile, with opacity between 5 and 60 percent, a rotation angle and a page range, so you can mark the photos without burying them.
If the brochure contains anything the client has not signed off on yet, Protect PDF can add password encryption before you send it.

What these tools cannot do
- No standalone video resizer. Resolution is chosen as part of a compression run. There is no separate tool that takes a clip to one exact pixel size, and nothing that upscales low resolution footage.
- No video background removal or reframing. The AI cutout works on still images only.
- A watermark is not protection. Image, video and PDF watermarks are drawn on top of the file. They are a branding and deterrent measure, not encryption, and they do not stop someone cropping or reusing the image.
- No floor plan drawing. Image to PDF assembles images into pages. It does not create, measure or edit a plan, so bring an existing plan file to the workflow.
- Long videos take real time. Everything is processed on your machine, so a 20 minute 4K clip will be slow and may run out of memory on a modest laptop. Split it first.
