Yes. Switch the watermark type to Image and upload a PNG or JPG. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result, especially over busy footage.
Text watermarks use one built-in Latin font, so accents and standard Latin characters render fine but scripts such as Chinese, Arabic or Cyrillic are not covered. Upload a logo image for those.
The video is encoded once at a high quality setting, so the loss is minimal and usually invisible. There is no second re-encode and no resolution change.
