Acceptable Use Policy

1. Sexual and adult content

You must not use Aihangsoft to create, process, upload or distribute:

• pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind;
• nudity or sexually explicit imagery, whether real, illustrated, or AI generated;
• content that sexualises, or appears to sexualise, minors in any way;
• any material intended for adult or age-restricted services.

Aihangsoft is a general purpose media utility for lawful, non-adult use. If your intended use is sexual or adult in nature, do not use our tools.

2. Child safety

Any use of Aihangsoft involving child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited. We report such activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement. There is no exception to this rule.

3. People's likenesses and identity

You must not use Aihangsoft to:

• create a deepfake, face swap, or otherwise fabricate or manipulate the likeness of any person without their explicit consent;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent an affiliation with them;
• process an image of another person in a way that is defamatory, harassing, or intended to deceive;
• produce content that could reasonably be mistaken for a genuine photograph or recording of a real person who did not consent to it.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

Only process material you own or have permission to edit.

• You must not use the Image Eraser or any other tool to remove a copyright notice, stock photo watermark, credit line, or rights management information from material you do not own or have not licensed for that purpose.
• You must not use Aihangsoft to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit someone else's copyrighted work.
• You must not defeat, remove or alter any technical protection measure.

Removing a watermark you placed on your own draft, or a watermark on material you have properly licensed, is a legitimate use. Removing someone else's watermark to pass their work off as yours, or to resell it, is not, and may be unlawful in your country.

5. Unlawful and harmful use

You must not use Aihangsoft to create, process or distribute material that:

• is unlawful in your country or in the country where our services are operated;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against any group;
• harasses, threatens, bullies, or defames any person;
• facilitates fraud, deception, phishing or any other criminal activity;
• infringes anyone's privacy, publicity or data protection rights;
• is intended to deceive, including forged documents and falsified evidence.

6. Misuse of the service itself

You must not:

• attempt to bypass, or help others bypass, credit limits, daily limits or other usage restrictions;
• create multiple accounts to obtain additional free allowances;
• resell, sublicense or white-label access to the Cloud AI tools without our written agreement;
• scrape, crawl or automate access to the service in a way that burdens our infrastructure or that of our providers;
• probe, scan or attempt to breach the security of the service, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the service in a manner that risks our relationships with our payment provider or AI processing provider, or exposes us to fines, chargebacks or regulatory action.

7. Independence from AI model providers

Aihangsoft is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers of the AI models or services we use to power the Cloud AI tools, and we make no such claim. Where we mention a technology we use, it is to describe how our tools work, not to suggest any partnership.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, and may take any of the following steps:

• refuse to process a file, or block a specific operation;
• suspend or terminate your account and access, immediately and without notice where the breach is serious;
• cancel any remaining credits or subscription, without refund, where the breach is serious;
• report the activity and relevant data to law enforcement or to the relevant regulator.

We conduct ongoing monitoring of the service and may review usage patterns for signs of abuse.

9. Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is using Aihangsoft to breach this policy, or you believe your rights are being infringed by content processed through our service, email support@aihangsoft.top with as much detail as you can provide. We will investigate and act, usually within 3 business days.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our service or our providers' requirements change. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Continuing to use Aihangsoft after a change means you accept the updated policy.
