The badges in the grid show the current position of each page, so they renumber themselves the moment a page is removed. Your original file on the device is never modified.
Yes. Switch on Add page numbers, choose the starting number and a position such as bottom center or top right, and the numbers are drawn onto the rotated pages so they read the right way up.
Yes. Rotating, deleting, reordering and selecting pages each push a step onto the undo stack, so Undo takes you back one action at a time. Reset returns the document to its original order.
